Welcome to Salmon Treasury, operated by Salmon Software Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://salmontreasury.com, related services, and any associated software (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

– By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

– Salmon Treasury provides a Treasury Management Software (TMS) platform, tools, and related content designed to support financial management, payments, and risk processes.
– Access to certain features may require registration, a subscription, or acceptance of additional agreements (e.g. software licence, service order form, or partner contract).
– We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the Services at our discretion. 

  1. User Accounts

– To access some features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
– You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your account.
– You must notify us immediately at info@salmontreasury.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 

  1. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:
– Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
– Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
– Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Services.

– All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated.

– Salmon Software Ltd and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
– Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
   – The amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, or
   – €100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Salmon Software Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws. 

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
– Breach these Terms,
– Fail to pay fees (if applicable), or
– Use the Services in a way that harms us or others.

You may terminate your account by contacting us. Certain obligations (such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. 

  1. Governing Law

– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
– Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
